If you are having a large event you want to make sure that your cake will taste as great as it looks. Many Cake designers will offer cake tasting for a fee. The fee is to cover the cost of materials and time. Some cake tasting can take hours and that is time the baker is not working. They take the time to come up with ideas just to match your wedding. And giving you prices for different options of cake. The best part is tasting different flavors and filling. I usually ask there likes and dislikes so that i can prepare samples they will like. I ask that only the bride and groom make appointments as other guest will make picking the flavors more difficult. Many people prefer that no children attend as this is a process that children do not enjoy.
