Florida Weather and Cakes

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida the weather can be a bit unpredictable. Cakes and the sun do not get along. If you are having an outdoor wedding, make plans to have your cake brought out when the sun is not so harsh. If you are having at a location that you cannot have your cake in a cooler, try to keep in out of the sun. If you are having an outdoor wedding, make sure to tell your baker so that they can be aware and prepare the cake for the outdoor conditions.
